Recent Drama

Okay, so uh -

About the Dream drama.

I'm not sure of the entire situation. I'm not sure since a lot of it is he said/she said with a lot of allegations rising because of simple hatred against Dream. Basically, to sum this up: I made this game as a present to my friend and a tribute to Technoblade. I accomplished the first part, which is awesome. But I really do not want to work on a game featuring Technoblade (my boi, he's so cool) with someone who is very controversial and being accused of a lot of things (I think you can all guess what). I'm not saying he's guilty or not; I have no idea. But I really don't want to update a game that can bring me backlash and put effort into something that can end up resulting in death threats my way for simply making something featuring Dream. 

This is not a Dream hate dev update post. I'm just taking a step back because of everything and I'm going to put this game on the backburner until Dream stuff calms down for good. Honestly, it really sucks because I had just worked out the plotting of the entire Technoblade training arc and Technoblade friendship ending and I also had just decided to make Skeppy a secret route, along with an ending that reveals the beginning of the second game. Feel free to continue enjoying the game, though! I'm not saying you guys have to stop enjoying the SMP or Dream or whatever. I'm just saying the internet took this stuff by storm and my friend, who I made this game for, is already recieving threats herself for being a Dream fan and so I'm bailing while I have the chance you.

Like I said - if things calm down, I'll probably return. I'm just not comfortable risking recieving threats for a game that technically already fulfilled it's purpose, even if it's unfinished. I'm very sorry you guys are getting this announcement after I made several promising of cool updates, I really did not intend to go back onto my word. For now, I think I'm going to either focus on a Technoblade specific fangame or work on my own original indie horror or romance ideas. Sorry for this announcement, but please do try to stay safe everyone and please keep yourselves happy with everything going on. See you all later.
